Got a personal backstage tour of the 5th Avenue Theater this morning. In the area directly under the stage, I was both shown and told about the many sorts of machines they can afford there that facilitate the extraordinarily dramatic entrances and exits of modern theater.
I remain unconvinced. Machinery? No. Magic!
